While One-Punch Man season 2 and Attack of the Giants season 3 were airing, little did the world know that it was about to face anime capable of subverting record-breaking works on all fronts. April 2019 saw the start of a new effort by renowned animation studio Ufotable, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
There were many reasons for Demon Slayer’s success, especially during the summer season where it held the upper hand. A few years later, the anime is still not finished, having only directed the episodes of the second season and waiting for the arrival of Demon Slayer 3 in 2023. In any case, these days of April have marked the arrival of the third anniversary of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The Ufotable anime started on April 6th, 2019 and means that it turned 3 years old in this year 2022. To celebrate, the animation studio prepared one special poster highlighting the main cast of the second season. Tanjiro and Nezuko are at the forefront, while on either side are maskless Inozuke and Zenitsu. Further up are the two pillars that supported the second season, namely Kyojuro Rengoku and Uzui Tengen.
The clothing is different than usual, but the protagonists always have the same way of doing, while the fireworks on the bottom add a lot of atmosphere. And on anniversaries, Demon Slayer will celebrate many more.
