A renowned Japanese leaker confirmed the musical themes of the animated adaptation of the manga by the performers Ukyou kodachi and illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto, Boruto: Naruto Next Generation. These musical themes will debut in July, with the opening theme of CHiCO with HoneyWorks and the final theme of PELICAN FANCLUB. It was also noted that this is their first participation in the multimedia franchise of. is Naruto.
Kodachi and Ikemoto started publishing the manga in the magazine Weekly shonen jump from the publisher Shueisha in May 2016 and later switched to the magazine V jump in July 2019. The publisher released the thirteenth compiled volume on January 4, and it was the last to be written Ukyou kodachisince it has already been replaced by Masashi Kishimoto.
