In fact, it's about reading a whole new manga: the relationships between Boruto and the other characters have changed radically, the same goes for those of Kawaki, with few bases like Sarada not affected by the power of Eida for some obscure reason . Boruto suddenly has to flee the village and is left alone. This will obviously lead to the events seen in the first chapter of the manga and at this point everything will come as a big surprise. Masashi Kishimoto simply made the manga unpredictable.
