The animated adaptation of the light novels by Light tuchihi and illustrated by Saori Toyota, Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga ore Tsueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru (also known as Cautious Hero: The hero is overwhelmed, but overly cautious) had twelve episodes and was produced by the studios white fox.
