There is an Easter egg hidden in Fire Force episode 24 that Soul Eater fans may have caught. In the final scene of the episode, the moon actually takes on the shape of the moon with a disturbing grin from Atsushi Okubo's earlier work. Are the two series related or is it just a quote?

While this isn't the first time a Soul Eater Easter egg has appeared in Fire Force, this scene seems to have convinced the fandom the narrative universes of the two works are connected. In the first episode of the second season of Shinra Kusakabe's adventures, two characters from the previous Okubo series appear. While the protagonists are shopping, you can see the masks of Death and Excalibur from Soul Eater on the shelves of a store. In addition, the legend of King Arthur's mythological sword is included in both series.

But the grinning moon from Soul Eater is just a quote from Okubo to its old work or is it hiding something more fascinating? According to some theories, one of the two series could precede the other. However, according to other hypotheses, the evangelist, about whom little or nothing is known at present, could come from another universe, precisely that of the soul eater. And do you think the two series are related? Meanwhile, Tamaki shines in the new episode of Fire Force. Don't miss the Fire Force and Burger King collaboration.
