On the official page for the anime adaptation of Light Novels written by Kei azumi and illustrated by Mitsuaki Matsumoto, Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu (Tsukimichi: Moonlight fantasy), the cover and details of the second compilation of the project’s Blu-ray package have been released.
This second compilation Blu-ray package, slated for November 24th in Japan, contains episodes four through six and will cost 9,900 yen (about $ 90). Benefits include a special booklet with production material and illustrations, as well as audio commentary for the lead voice.
The series has been airing in Japan since July 7 and is confirmed with a total of twelve episodes while the platform Crispy roll takes care of sales in the west. In addition, Azumi began publishing the novels through the website Shousetsuka ni Narou 2012 and later the publisher AlphaPolis started publishing on paper in May 2013.
Production team
- Shinji-ishihira (fairy tales, Log horizon, Super lover) is responsible for directing the anime in the studios C2C.
- Kenta Ihara (Youjo Senki, Kono Yuusha ga Ore TUEEE Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru, Ore Dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon: Kossori Kitaete Sekai Saikyou) is responsible for writing and maintaining the scripts.
- Yukie suzuki (Fight League: Equipment Gadget Generators) is responsible for character design.
- Yasuharu Takanashi (fairy tales, Log horizon, Super lover) is responsible for composing the soundtrack.
Summary of Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu
The fantasy story revolves around Makoto Misumi, an ordinary high school boy who is sent to a new world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of this new world said contemptuously: “How ugly you are”, withdrew his title and banished him to the most remote corners of the desert.
As he wandered around, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and all sorts of fantastic creatures. Because of the different surroundings of his homeworld, Makoto now has extraordinary magic and combat powers. This is how he survives in this world while facing various threats. Thus the curtain rises on the fantasy of a social reform of the alternative world, at the center of which stands a young man who has been abandoned by the gods and humans.
