Chapter 9: "Meifuku, the Meioju"

At first, Setsuna and Towa don't want to leave, but they quickly change their minds as they want to use the money to set a reward for the butterfly of dreams. During the fight, he wounds Setsuna and disarms Moroha, but Meifuku acts as a shield for Towa, so she defies the attack. Between them they manage to defeat the demon. Despite the help of the ghost of Meioju and the other two princesses, Konton manages to escape. At least Meifuku's father manages to rest in peace.
Analysis: Spirit of Perseverance, Spirit of Improvement
Hanyo no Yashahime he once again welcomes the prediction of the Tree of Ages: Despite their initial rejection, fate repeatedly involves the three young women in the fight against Kirinmaru's servants. In its ninth episode, the series masterfully combines all the ingredients of its predecessor, offering us a progression in the plot as well as a parallel story, the protagonists grow and their relationship deepens. Adapting and integrating all of these elements into a single, cohesive and entertaining episode re-emphasizes the quality of the story.

Hanyo no Yashahime opens its tenth chapter with the three protagonists in a new Jyubei mission. The demon brothers Kinka and Ginka destroyed a village because they fight each other over the area every day, so there is a reward. Once they find them they explain that in their tribe the body is born with two heads and one must devour the other so that they cannot stop fighting until one of them dies. Soon they discover that Setsuna and Towa own the gold and silver "rainbow pearls", so they withdraw and plan to steal them later.
Lured by some farmers who believe that the young women have freed them from the demons, they have the brothers who fetch the pearls and flee. In their hiding place, they pay their respects to the leader of the tribe, Joka, but she decides to betray them and take them in along with the pearls.
Unexpectedly, Kinka rebels against Joka to save her brother. Then Setsuna and Towa catch up with them. Setsuna watches the agony of the siblings and restores fuzzy memories. To understand better, she teams up with Kinka to defeat Joka. Both brothers die in battle, although they defeat the leader of the tribe.
Analysis: brothers
Hanyo no Yashahime reaches its tenth chapter with a story that cannot leave us indifferent. The story of the twin brothers is a mirror for Towa and Setsuna, so that the latter regains fragments of their lost memories. What Setsuna experiences is a catharsis of Kinka's pain, and far from fleeing, she makes the decision to go deeper and understand the meaning through the fight. As the heir to Sesshomaru's pride, however, she keeps her thoughts to herself.
In general, this output should not mislead us as the parallel stories also provide data. The origin of the golden and silver "rainbow pearls" lies in the tribe of the Ka demons, and Sesshomaru seems to be the one who would have taken them away.
