Weekly manga magazines leave very little room for the holidays each year. Essentially, these are four that are created in different time periods – winter, spring, summer – and apply weekly to virtually every magazine. Summer is coming, yes The breaks for the Weekly Shonen Jump are also imminent.

The famous in-house magazine Shueisha is actually preparing for the Olympic Games in Japan, closely followed by the Obon Festival, which will take place in mid-August. For this reason, the magazine has already published the calendar for the coming months and unveiled the mandatory breaks from ONE PIECE, My Hero Academia and all other manga published on these pages.

  • Weekly Shonen Jump # 31 will be regularly released on July 5th;
  • # 32, where only ONE PIECE takes a break, will be released on July 12;
  • The Double number 33-34 will instead celebrate the Olympic Games, leaving space for the Edochic event, with a release scheduled for July 19, but with a stop the following week;
  • As a result, the magazine does not return until August 2nd at # 35;
  • There will then be another pause, with # 36-37 on August 9th, marking the stop for the Obon;
  • From # 38, which will be released on August 23, everything is finally fine again, with the exception of the individual breaks for the authors, which can occur from time to time.

Within two months, Weekly Shonen Jump will skip two weeks from its release. In the meantime, the two new series Red Hood and Neru will collect chapters while fans hope that Jujutsu Kaisen will return to these sites during this time as well.
