Dominating was the theater of Crunchyroll Expo 2022 Jujutsu Kaisen, which not only made headlines for the anime film that will also be streaming, but also for the anticipated return of the anime series. Finally season 2 of the adaptation has an official release date.

During the event, held August 5-7 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, it was announced that Jujutsu Kaisen 0 will be streaming on Crunchyroll in late September. The bomb over theWork by Gege Akutami that wasn't it: the animated adaptation is coming back next year!

Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen finally has an official release date. Yuji Itadori, Sukuna, Gojo and the other protagonists will return to the 2023, as announced by MAPPA. Considering that the studio is busy with the debut of Chainsaw Man at the moment and that the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen debuted in the fall season, we could say that the Season 2 of the anime could debut in October 2023.

The anime adaptation ended with the Death Painting arc over chapter 64 of the manga. Jujutsu Kaisen 2 continues with the story arc about Gojo's past (chapters 65-79) and then the saga of the Shibuya accident (chapters 79-136).
