Synopsis of Toji no Miko

Since ancient times there have been evil creatures known as aratama that threaten the human world, as well as a group of mikos who cast these creatures out with swords. Those who wear uniforms and use swords are called "Toji" in police organizations. They are officially allowed to swing swords to protect their people, and the government has set up five training schools for women. They spend their student life normally and use special sword skills to protect people. In the spring, however, the best Touji from each of the five schools has to take part in a regular tournament.
