In the July issue of the magazine Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh from the publisher Kadokawa, it was announced that the spin-off manga written and illustrated by Yu Mori, Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei, will come to an end in the next issue of the magazine, on June 27.

Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei

Mori began publishing the manga as a spin-off of the light novels written by Tsutomu Satou, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, in the Monthly Comic magazine Dengeki Daioh of the Kadokawa publishing house in 2012, and to the editorial published the tenth compilation volume in March 2019.

Furthermore, the most recent manga adaptation of the light novels includes the adaptation of the "Yotsuba Keishou-hen" arc, which began publication in the magazine G Fantasy from the publisher Square Enix in December 2019. In addition, a manga adaptation of the “Shizoku Kaigi-hen” arc began to be published in the same magazine on March 18.

Synopsis of Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei

A century has passed since magic (yes, real magic, from that of the legends) returned to the world. Now is spring, the season of a new beginning, and a new class of students is about to begin their studies at the First Institute of the National Academy of Magic, nicknamed the Magical High School. This spin-off story centers on the school life of Miyuki, Tatsuya Shiba's younger sister.
