A well-known Japanese leaker reported that the author of the manga Himouto! Umaru-chan, SankakuHeadwill start releasing a new manga entitled Pray no Yome no Yome no Pray. The short-lived work is serialized in the 13th issue of the magazine Weekly young jump from the publisher Shueisha, next February 24th. A summary for this new piece has not been published.

On the other side of the manga by Himouto! Umaru-chan it was published in the magazine Weekly young jump from the publisher Shueisha between March 2013 and November 2017 with twelve compilation volumes. A spin-off called Himouto! Umaru-chan S was published as a single volume between 2014 and 2015.

The piece inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. Doga Kobo, Headed by Masahiko Ohta and scripts from Takashi Aoshima, released in July 2015. A second season of twelve episodes premiered in October 2017.

Synopsis of Himouto! Umaru-chan

People are not always what they seem, as in the case of Umaru Doma, the perfect high school girl, or until she gets home! As soon as the front door closes, the real fun begins. When she puts on her hamster hoodie, she transforms from a clever and highly skilled student into a lazy otaku who eats junk food and leaves all the household chores to her responsible older brother, Taihei. Obaru hangs out with her friends Nana Ebina and Kirie Motoba or competes with her self-proclaimed "rival" Sylphinford Tachibana, Umaru knows how to sit back and have fun!
