The manga written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo, SPY x FAMILY, launched a campaign ahead of the celebration of Father’s Day in Japan on June 20th. Anya plans a surprise for her adoptive father Loid and takes up the suggestions of the manga readers. To submit your proposal (in Japanese), the user must go to the website and follow the instructions. As you submit suggestions, you will be given a downloadable wallpaper which is shown below:
Anya also tries to make her father happy by diligently studying. The magazine’s YouTube channel Weekly shonen jump posted a video with an endless animation showing Anya learning alongside a music playlist, and the campaign is for fans who are learning too.
The campaign is promoting the publication of the seventh compiled volume of the manga, which will take place in Japan on June 4th. The literary franchise already has more than 10 million accumulated editions (printed or digital, but not necessarily sold yet). Eventually Tatsuya started publishing the manga through the website. Shonen Jump Plus from the publisher Shueisha in March 2019. Reliable sources on this site confirmed the production of an animated adaptation set to premiere in 2022, but the announcement has not yet been made official.

For the agent known as “Twilight”, no job is too high when it is for the sake of peace. As Westalis’ main spy, Twilight works tirelessly to stop extremists from unleashing a war with neighboring Ostania. For his final mission, he must investigate the Ostania politician Donovan Desmond, who is infiltrating his son’s school: the prestigious Eden Academy. The agent is thus faced with the most difficult task of his career: getting married, having children and playing with the family.
Twilight, or “Loid Forger,” quickly adopts the humble orphan Anya to play the role of a six-year-old daughter and a potential student at Eden Academy. As a wife, she meets Yor Briar, an absent-minded office worker who needs the wrong partner to impress her friends. Loid isn’t the only one with a hidden nature, however. Yor is actually the deadly assassin “Thorn Princess” and for her, marrying Loid is the perfect disguise. Now, Anya is not the ordinary girl she appears to be; she is an esper, the product of secret experiments that enable her to read minds. Despite discovering her true identity, Anya is happy that her new parents are cool secret agents! Of course she would never tell them. That would ruin the fun.
