The editorial Kodansha published a new children's book based on the franchise Shingeki no Kyojin titled August 5 in Japan Shingeki Tantei Armin: Nyuudan Shiken wo Toppa Seyo!.
In this book, Armin, Mikasa and Eren solve puzzles as they defeat titans. Armin has always dreamed of solving puzzles with his childhood friends, and the three of them will take the test to join the Detective Regiment.
For his part, Isayama began publishing the manga in the magazine Bessatsu Shonen magazine from the publisher Kodansha The publisher published the thirty-first volume on April 9 and will publish the thirty-second on September 9.
Summary by Shingeki no Kyojin
A century ago, humans were threatened with extinction when an unbeatable and terrible enemy emerged: the titans, gigantic monsters that devoured most of humanity and forced the few survivors to lock themselves up behind high walls. Behind these walls stands Eren Jaeger, a boy who dreams of crossing them to get to know the outside world and who lives his everyday life with his parents, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman and his friend Armin Arlert.
One fateful day, however, mankind remembers its fate when a giant 60-meter Titan appears in front of the first row of walls, protecting humans from their most formidable enemy. So Eren, Mikasa and Armin lose their homeland and all hope at the same time that our protagonist takes an oath: His life goal will be to end all titans. In this way, a story of survival and war begins, in which their characters have to solve the mystery behind the existence of these terrible beings.
