One of the anime protagonists of this Spring 2022 is Shikimori is not just a cutie. Shikimori’s “Not Just a Cutie” comes from the manga of the same name by Keigo Maki that started in 2019 and achieves great success and establishes itself between two listener champions like Spy x Family and Kaguya-sama: Love is War.
Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie anime was halted for a week due to Covid-19, but today it’s ready to return with Episode 7. The story tells the story of young Izumi, an unhappy high school boy. His life changes when he meets shikimoriwho happens to be the perfect girlfriend: beautiful, kind, intelligent and funny. However, the girl has a dark side that only comes out in certain circumstances…
The animations of the studio Kobo stave, while working on Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie, received critical acclaim from fans. Although the action scenes are not really the protagonists of the work, the characters’ movements are fluid, with the design being very similar to that of the manga Keigo Maki.

In the pictures published by @FriendlyOVthat we leave you at the end of the news, we can see the fidelity of the anime to the manga, which remains almost identical except for the backgrounds of Doga Kobo’s adaptation, which are more detailed.
