The world of ONE PIECE is full of characters who sometimes return, or hidden elements that then have important effects on the plot even after several years. For that ONE PIECE Fandom is always attentive to every appearance, both characters and objects that, albeit minimal, may have important future influences.

Anyone who moved into the limelight with chapter 1017 of ONE PIECE is certainly the Who’s Who. The member of the Tobi Roppo is one of the strongest pirates under Kaido’s command today, but he has been in the past was a member of CP9, the secret organization of the world government. This has led to some theories about him, given the character’s mysterious past.

User SoulStorm posted a comparison between two characters on Twitter: the lower one is exactly who’s who, while the upper one is an a. is CP9 member sent to Ohara just before the Buster Call. Given that Ohara’s incident happened 22 years before the story began, and Who’s Who was jailed 12 years earlier after the Gom Gom Fruit incident, it is possible that the two characters are in fact the same person.

The comparison between the tables actually seems to show one some resemblance in poses and movements as well as in the hair color, of a slightly different tone, but still similar. According to some hypotheses Who is Who would have been very young back then, maybe fifteen or sixteen, but considering he himself said he was the same strength as Lucci, who entered CP9 when he was only 13, it’s not impossible.
