After the break, ONE PIECE returns to MANGA Plus with chapter 1037 of the series. This time it really seems like we've reached the climax of the end of the saga, is the last big fight in this chapter waiting for us?
The chapter of ONE PIECE this week is 1037 and is called "Drunken Dragon Bagua", a name you'll understand better as you read this chapter. We are now in the final stages of the Wano samurai saga. It seems very close to its completion.
Almost the entire chapter 1037 of ONE PIECE is dedicated to the fight between Luffy and Kaido. The Emperor and the Supernova take a little break from their clash at the Onigashima Dome. Kaido takes the opportunity to start drinking though Luffy immediately complains to the Emperor, saying he doesn't have to complain if he loses because he's drunk.
However, Kaido points this out to Luffy being drunk won't weaken him at all. Indeed, the giant Use alcohol to use new moves (including one that gives the chapter its title) while Luffy continues to steadfastly resist. After pages of fighting between the two and Kaido's alcohol-induced mood swing comes a final one Shot by the Straw Hat Captain, badly injuring Kaidowho starts bleeding from the mouth and has white eyes.

The fight going this far was the last thing the five elders had expected. You wonder whether or not Nico Robin has already been caught by CP0.
But then we continue out to sea around the Isle of Wano, where we see the World Government ships. One of them relates to the five stars of wisdom. The ships are awaiting orders when suddenly something causes panic. One of the agents watches a huge shadow loom behind them on the horizon. This shadow is none other than Elephant Island Zunisha.
The Five Stars of Wisdom do not believe it, since this "fruit" is a legend and no one has "awakened" it for centuries. Apparently the The world government gave another name to this devil fruit to hide the truth. The chapter concludes by announcing another hiatus for the manga.
