Written and illustrated by the manga on the official Twitter account for Makoto isshiki, Lady Law to Nanoka no MoriIt was announced that the work has been suspended indefinitely, as the author’s health has deteriorated significantly.
The manga was announced in this year’s 38th issue of the magazine tomorrow from the publisher Kodansha however, that there would be a new chapter in the 40th edition on September 3rd was not so. The Twitter account said the resumption date will be announced later. On the other hand, the publication of Lady Law for Nanoka no Mori manga began in this year’s 24th issue of the magazine on May 14th.
Isshiki is also the author of the manga Piano no moriwhich he published in the magazine Young magazine tops from the publisher Kodansha between August 1998 and November 2015. The publisher has compiled the manga in a total of 26 volumes. This work inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. Gaina, Headed by Gaku Nakatani and scripts from Mika Abe, released April 2018. A second season of twelve episodes premiered in January 2019.
