DededeedDestruction of the dead dead demon

Asano started publishing the manga through the magazine Weekly great cartoon ghosts from the publisher Shogakukan in April 2014. The publisher published the eleventh compiled volume on July 30th, and since July 2014 the work has had several interruptions. The work inspired a promotional video in 3D animation produced and published in September 2020 and also received recognition in the “Best General Manga” category in the 66th edition of the Shogakukan Manga Awards, took place in January of this year.

Dead Dead Demons Dededededestruction Synopsis

What do you see when you look at the sky? A blue sky? Freedom? A hopeful future? Tokio don’t see any of it. Instead, an ominous strange mothership looms over them, devouring the city’s landscape. They arrived three years ago. The arrival of the “invaders” sparked the greatest war mankind has ever known, one that threatened the end of the world. The Japanese government rushed to fight the invaders. Weapons were mass-produced, which sparked controversy and peace movements.

Everything changed that day. And yet nothing has changed. Koyama Kadode and Nakagawa Ouran live their last days as usual: going to school, playing with their friends, and doing what any carefree high school girl would do. As they get older, they learn what it really means to be an adult in a world where adults appear like demons who only deceive and destroy. They learn that the real threat to humanity is not the invaders, but humanity itself.
