Each devil fruit bestows a different power on those who eat it. Throughout its history, Eiichiro Oda has proposed at least a hundred and given them to different characters. The strongest devil fruit has not yet been revealed, but many characters have been revealed ONE PIECE have managed to make the most of their own potential.
A Example is Boa Hancock, Pirate Empress and former member of the Fleet of Seven. Originally introduced in ONE PIECE as a rival to Luffy, who “invaded” Amazon Lily due to the power of Kuma Bartholomew, she has a devil fruit that allows her to petrify anyone even minimally enchanted by her stratospheric beauty. It therefore works on everyone, male and female, but not on Luffy.
A power that therefore makes Boa Hancock extremely fearsome unless you are in possession of a very powerful Haki. And the Boa Hancock cosplay from ONE PIECE created by cosplayer Capulet could easily reproduce the power seen in manga and anime. With her first dress, the low-cut red one, the model has mimicked the pirate and there is no lack of superiority.
And just recently Boa Hancock is back in the manga after a long absence.
