Megumin is one of the main characters of Konosuba. She is an explosive sorceress who wears a medieval looking red dress and pointed hat. Megumin is obsessed with explosive spell magic, which she uses to defeat enemies. Despite her eccentric personality, Megumin is a loyal and brave ally of the group.
Megumin's story focuses on her quest for the most powerful magic in the world: the ultimate explosive spell. Megumin believes that this spell can defeat the Demon King and has decided to devote her life to finding him. Although this has led to the sorceress being criticized by the other members of the group, her resolve remains unshakable.
Because of its popularity, many were born Megumin cosplay, with the explosive sorceress, this time played by Takane. The Japanese cosplayer wore a wig and then all of Megumin's clothes, from the cape to the red tunic, and then finished the job with the wand she uses to cast her explosive spells.
The Konosuba spin-off is on the way, confirming the popularity of this Isekai-style fantasy world.
