In the last few months, an avalanche of videos and trailers has arrived illustrating the main characters of the new anime that will be released later this year. As always, there are many genres in the production: action, comedy, slice of life and There’s no shortage of romcoms either. This genre featured the trailer for Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie.
Originated from the manga Keigo Maki, which was released in 2019 and known by the title in Japan Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san, the anime in question is one of the arrivals of the spring season. Already with its first season, it has highlighted the very special relationship between Izumi, a perpetually unhappy boy, and his girlfriend Shikimori, who, as the title suggests, is not only pretty in the aesthetic sense, but also cool and tough in her attitude. Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie has some production issues, but that doesn’t stop the audience from enjoying the stories of the two young protagonists.
Japanese cosplayer Seracoss was already impressed by the protagonist’s pink-haired character. he therefore wanted to play her with a wig and school uniform to present hers Shikimori Cosplay. Will she be able to be like the anime’s shikimori and conquer Izumi?
