It has been reported that the Blu-ray / DVD BOX compilation volume of the anime adaptation of the manga was written and illustrated by Kei toume, Yesterday where UtatteIn the first week since launching on August 5, barely 1,074 copies were sold.
This compilation pack includes all twelve episodes of the anime as well as some additional perks like a picture book, the soundtrack, and a few others. While total sales in the anime industry have been low lately, it is quite worrying to only top 1,000 in a week. Some users point out that the direction at the end of the series was quite disappointing compared to the beginning.
The series premiered on April 4 and had a total of twelve episodes. For his part, Toume began publishing the manga in the magazine Business leap 1997 and then moved the publication to the magazine Big jump in November 2011. Work ended in June 2015 and the publisher Shueisha he has compiled the story in eleven volumes.
