The already delicate world situation has been touched on many times in recent weeks by the anime industry, guilty of problems that would have gone unnoticed in the past. The last to fall into the controversy is Ya boy Kongming!accused of sending hate messages to the Chinese population.

Recently, the employees of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 were forced to apologize to China political facts which have nothing to do with the work of Gege Akutami. Something similar to experience this time is the adaptation of the manga series with the original title Paripi Koumei. For those unfamiliar with the series, we leave you at the Ya Boy Kongming! PV trailer.

As the portal Liberty Times Net reports, the anime is currently the focus of a fierce controversy in China. To tune it in, it would have been the third episode where there is a pun not present in the manga that can be taken as “I hate China”.

Some more observant users have pointed out that in a frame of the third part of the anime adaptation, a truck appears whose license plate reads “47-291”, whose Japanese pronunciation “Shina Nakui” can be interpreted as the above hate message. We remind you that AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline was pulled from China for something like this.

That’s no coincidence, according to many, given the not-so-love story between Japan and China. To compound and confirm the fact, this number is used within the Japanese community precisely for its hidden meaning. Any animator, so must have had fun to express his hatred for the Chinese country. However, the issue can be resolved quickly. Covering the truck’s license plate with black tape would suffice to cover up the crime.
