A press release reported the production of an anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by satoru-nii, windbreak. The press release confirmed that the production is being handled by the studios. CloverWorksdid not announce a planned premiere date or the responsible production team.
satoru-nii started publishing the manga through the digital service magazine pouch from the publisher kodansha in January 2021, and the work reached ninth place on the list “Manga We want to see anime” of AnimeJapan 2022. Previously, the author already published the manga “Danshi Badminton-bu ni Joshi ga Magireteru: Secret Badminton Clubbetween January 2016 and August 2017.
