There has been a sequel in recent months Deku Story as a hero. The War of My Hero Academia season 6 started in October 2022 and ended after a good six months of broadcasting, consisting of 25 episodes. But the series is not over yet and therefore new developments will arrive over the next year.

In fact, My Hero Academia Season 7 has already been fully announced with a trailer, which is why Studio BONES has started preparing. The final scene of season 6 has already given space to a character who will surely have a say in the next few episodes, but there’s a lot more to talk about. What will My Hero Academia season 7 adapt?

At the moment it is not yet known how many episodes the next season will consist of, so let’s assume two similar but different situations. The first case to be analyzed is that of a season 7 with 12 episodes, the second the case that has now become a classic, ie 24-25 episodes and a six-month broadcast.

In the first case, the Star and Stripe arc is treated in addition to the Yuei Traitor arc, but there will necessarily be room for the final war, the beginnings of which are necessarily narrated given the brevity of the first two narrative arcs. Then we would find ourselves to stop the war in halfpossibly blocking the events at the beginning of volume 37, adapting a total of three and a half volumes.

In the second case, My Hero Academia Season 7 has 25 episodes instead, giving enough playing time to adapt at least 7 or 8 volumes of the series. The manga just doesn’t have enough numbers available at the moment. In fact, 37 volumes in the series are currently out, with the 38th nearing completion. If Horikoshi really manages to complete the series within the year and thus get to something like 39 or 40 total volumes, then then My Hero Academia 7 would be the final season of the serieswhich narrates all the final events of the manga.

Considering that the broadcast date of the next season is not yet known, which could well arrive in the middle of next year, a situation following this second hypothesis should not be taken for granted. And what do you expect from the next season of the anime?
