The love comedy between Futaro Uesugi and the five Nakano twins will culminate in an anime feature film in the summer of 2022. Which of Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki wins the tutor’s heart? A few months after the summer release window was announced, TBS Animation, the animation studio that will take care of the film, has finally got one Teaser. The video, which lasted only 38 seconds, was accompanied by one Promotional key visual where we see the nakano twins sunk in love sighs.

The Quintessential Quintuplets – Movie, will debut in Japanese theaters May 20, 2022 and will end the anime based on Negi Haruba’s manga. In the plot of the film, Uesugi confronts the school problems of his five students, among whom the mysterious child of photography, his first and only love, is hiding.

the Film staff includes Masato Jinbo as director, Keiichirou Oochi as screenwriter, and Masato Katsumata as character designer. The manga that inspired the series debuted under the Kodansha label in 2017 and serialization ended with 14 tankobons.
