The latest issue of Shueisha’s weekly Weekly Shonen Jump announced the arrival of a “special project” to celebrate the conclusion of The Promised Neverland, the famous manga of Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu. The manga has recently published the highly anticipated chapter 176 and, according to the magazine, will end “very soon”.
The work will presumably end within about ten chapters, so at least two more months must pass before the weekly reveals the identity of this “special project”. The rumors speak of a spin-off or novelties inherent in the anime series, of which we remind you that a second season is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021, but the presentation of a reissue in the style of The Quintessential Quintuplets cannot be excluded.
In case you have not yet recovered this little masterpiece, we remind you that the first season of The Promised Neverland is available in Italian, both with dubbing and with subtitles, on VVVVID, Netflix is Amazon Prime Video. The manga instead is distributed in Italy by J-Pop manga and is currently stopped at Volume 14.
And what do you think of it? What will this special project be? Let us know by leaving a comment in the box below! If you are on par with the Italian edition of the manga then, do not miss the opportunity to take a look at our latest insight on The Promised Neverland.
