But no matter what happens in the Saint Seiya spin-offs, sequels and prequels, the most famous and important generation will of course remain that of the main manga The Zodiac Knights Designed by Kurumada in the 80’s.

The great success of Saint Seiya is also thanks to them and that particular fight that was the protagonist in the Saga of the Twelve Houses. Unlike others, Milo became a golden knight at a very young age and was given the Armor of the Scorpion when he was just seven years old. Like so many others, he obeys the commands of the high priest without implying duplicity, and He faces Hyoga in his own home. The fight seems to be going well for the golden knight, but in the finale Hyoga hits him with a crippling attack that’s subdued by the scorpion’s armor. Milo, having wounded the Ice Knight with his fatal attack, admits defeat and decides to let the Bronze Saints pass.

Back in the saga of Hades, clashes with canon of Gemini and tests his newfound loyalty to Athena. He then rushes into the kingdom of Hades with the other golden knights and confronts Radamante, who, however, can count on full force despite his opponents. So he will be thrown into Hell along with Mu by Ram and Aiolia by Lion, but he will be able to return there along with all the other golden knights prepare to sacrifice in front of the door that opens to Elysium. So he ends his life by burning his cosmos to let the Bronze Horsemen pass.
