On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Yuu Muroka, Mou Ippon! (Ippon again!) the second promotional video for the project was unveiled. The video shows more voice acting and confirms that it is scheduled to premiere in Japan in January 2023.

New cast members include:

  • yumi uchiyama as Shino Natsume.

Muraoka began publishing the manga in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Champion from the publisher Akita shot in October 2018. The publisher published the eleventh anthology in February 2021, followed by the twelfth in April 2021 in Japan. Muraoka is also the author of works like Bakamono no Subete, Muneatsu, Yawaraka, Sousou: 2011.3.11 Bokou ga Itaianchisho ni Natta Hello Y Uchikomi!!to name some of his works.
