On the official Twitter account for the animated manga adaptation of Amahara and Cool-kyo shinja, Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi (The Idaten deities only know peace) it became known that the broadcast of the eighth episode on distribution platforms was postponed at the last minute for unspecified reasons. The episode was scheduled to air today but is now scheduled for September 7th. The broadcast date of the ninth episode, however, is set soon.

The series has been on the air in Japan since July 22nd and will be confirmed with a total of eleven episodes while the platform Crispy roll takes care of sales in the west. Cool-kyo shinja and Amahara began publishing the manga in the magazine Cub from the publisher Hakusensha in August 2018. In fact, it’s a remake of a manga that Amahara previously published online.

Summary of Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi
In the story of this manga, the gods appeared when humanity was on the verge of destruction by demons. Deities called “Idaten” fought and sealed the demons 800 years ago. Now the “idats” have no more combat experience and lead a peaceful life. But at the same time the demons come to life again and the struggle between humans, gods and demons begins. With such changed conditions, which side will be the winner this time?
