We rarely saw two rival teams at war in ONE PIECE, except when the protagonist’s is involved. Monkey D. Luffy has indeed faced the enemy captains many times, but two third crews are rarely shown by Eiichiro Oda. So we’ve never seen one Clash between Katakuri and King.
On one side we have the second strongest member of Big Mom’s crew, on the other side the sidekick of Kaido from the Hundred Beasts. The two are among the tallest pirates on ONE PIECE, which is a testament to their intrinsic value. Katakuri vs King It would be a memorable confrontation, with the two highlighting their strongest techniques, as they recently did against their opponents in the Whole Cake Island and Wano sagas.
