The production details as well as the premiere date for the anime will be announced shortly, but it has been reported that the voice actor Soma Saito will be responsible for the main character of the series, Prince Wayne.
Tooru Toba and Fal Maro began publishing the light novels through the publishing label GA Bunko from the publisher SB Creative in May 2018. The publisher published the eighth volume on November 14th in Japan. The piece also inspired a manga adaptation of Emuda and titled Souda, Baikoku Shiyou: Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsuwhich is published through the service Manga UP! from the publisher Square enix since October 2019.
