On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Maiko uchino, Slow loop, the second promotional video of the project was released. The press release confirmed that the premiere is scheduled for January 7, 2022 in Japan and revealed the musical themes, including:
- Nao touyama and Kiyono yasunohow the new musical unit Pokapoka ion, the opening song with the title “Yajirushi“.
- Rin kusumi, Natsumi hioka and Tomomi Mineuchihow the new musical unit Three ∞ loop, the final topic with the title “Shuwa Shuwa“.
Uchino published the manga as a one-shot in the magazine Manga Time Kirara Forward from the publisher Houbunsha in April 2018, before serialization began in September 2018. The Publisher Houbunsha released the third compiled volume in June 2020, followed by the fourth in January 2021 in Japan. This is Maiko Uchino’s first officially serialized work, so it is not possible to create a work history.

Slow loop synopsis
When Hiyori, a girl whose late father had taught her the joys of fishing, went to the seaside to spend some time alone, she never thought she would find another girl there. After a while, this girl named Koharu fishes and cooks them together as they gradually get to know each other. During their brief time together, Kohru discovers that Hiyori went to sea that day because she hesitated to meet her new adoptive family that night. But what a coincidence! Koharu will also meet his new family that day! It can’t be a coincidence, can it? All that remains is to follow these two “sisters” and their new life together!
