Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid will have a big event in January 2022

On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Koharu Ikami, Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid (The Duke of Death and his black maid) it was announced that a special franchise event will take place on January 15, 2022 with the participation of the votes from the project. Because of this, some major announcements are likely to be planned during their run.

The event will take place on January 15, 2022 in two sessions, one during the day and one at night. The fifth Blu-ray / DVD package of the anime adaptation includes a pass to buy tickets for the first session, while the sixth Blu-ray / DVD package includes a pass to buy tickets for the first session.

The series premiered during the 2021 summer season (July-September) with a total of twelve episodes while the platform Funimation takes care of sales in the west. Ikami, for his part, publishes the manga via the portal Sunday webry from the publisher Shogakukan since October 2017. Production of a sequel has been confirmed but it has not been confirmed whether it will be a second season or a feature film.

• Yoshiki Yamakawa (Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka, High score girl, Little Buster!) was responsible for directing the anime in the studios JCSTAFF in collaboration with studios SMDEwho edited the CGI animation.
• Hideki-Shirane (Boku no Kanojo ga Majimesugiru Sho bitch na Ken, Date a live, Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka) was responsible for writing and overseeing the scripts.
• Michiru Kuwabata (High score girl, Penguin no Mondai) was responsible for the character design.

Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid Synopsis

Cursed by a witch as a child, a young duke gained the unwanted power to kill every living being he touched. Forced to move away from his family and move into a large villa deep in the forest, the Duke is treated as if he did not exist and is constantly shunned by his peers. However, he is not entirely alone. Rob and Alice, his butler and maid, are always by his side. Alice loves to tease him, and as their relationship grows, the Duke sets out to break free of his deadly curse. Of course he will need help, and who better to do that than the various denizens of the supernatural?
