The official site for the manga “A Ninja and Assassin Living Together” (Ninja to Koroshiya no Futarigurashi) has unveiled the first promotional video, confirming the anime’s production details and voice cast.

The anime is scheduled to premiere in the Spring 2025 period (April-June). The production will be handled by SHAFT studios, with Yukihiro Miyamoto, known for works like Bakemonogatari and Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica, directing the project.

Manga Background

Synopsis
The comedy manga centers on the unique relationship between Satoko, a naive female ninja (kunoichi), and Konoha, a teenage high school assassin. The story begins with Satoko’s escape from her ninja village, seeking a quiet life. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she meets Konoha, whose personality contrasts sharply with her own.
