On the official Twitter account for the original anime of Aniplex, Senyoku no Sigrdrifa, it was announced that the premiere of the series will be delayed until October.
The release was scheduled for July this year, but the decision to delay it was made considering the effects of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic on production.

Synopsis of Senyoku no Sigrdrifa
In this story the Pillars suddenly appeared on Earth, threatening all life forms. A god who identified himself as Odin appeared to aid humanity, which was on the brink of defeat. To confront the Pillars, Odin declared a counterattack by empowering humanity with the power of the “Walküres” battle maidens.
Several years later, the battle between humanity and the Pillars continues, with men supporting the Walküres as they rise through the skies to save the world. Japan is no exception, with three Walküres confronting a Pillar looming over Mount Fuji. Each Walküre is quite skillful, but they also have their problems. And now, a pilot has come from Europe.
