The theft took place in the Ikebukuro a region Tokyo on March 23 at 5 a.m. 28-year-old Kensuke Nakanishi has reached the roof of a building that houses a trading card shop and after tying a rope to the parapet and to himself, he abseiled 5 meters along the outside of the building to the sixth floor.
