THE Pokemon have received a never-ending supply of official merchandise throughout their history, which began in 1996, including cute stuffed animals. This time, however, The Pokémon Company wanted to invest in the production of the largest plush toy in the company’s history: the Pokémon Megawhale Wailord.
After a single image showing the Pokemon’s eye in a short promotional video, images were released showing the actual dimensions of the product and, as expected, it’s not an overly large plush. As of August 2023 In all Pokémon Centers, a series of stores with official products, in Japan it will be possible to buy a Wailord to add to your stuffed animal collection, on a scale of 1:10 compared to the size listed on the Pokédex, which states it as the largest Pokemon, second only to the alien Eternatus.
It is already possible to book your Wailord plushie in the Pokémon Center online stores, al Price of $370, around 345 euros at the current exchange rate. With a simple design, the plush perfectly matches what has been seen of the giant whale in both anime and regular series games, starting with Ruby and Sapphire where it made its debut.
