In recent years, manga and fantasy anime have welcomed a subgenre that has gradually taken up more and more space: the isekai. In this context we find some of the most famous anime of recent years such as Sword Art Online, Rising of the Shield Hero and also overlord. The latter is an MMORPG that has gained a lot of traction.

The expected debut in 2022 has been confirmed and sure enough, that new Overlord 4 trailer shared announces arrival in July. The Madhouse anime presents the next episodes with a video lasting about one minute, in which Ainz Ooal Gown prepares for a new fight together with her loyal followers Albedo, Cocytus and many others.
The next storyline, which is told in this season will focus on the Arch of the Holy Kingdom, who will try to get Overlord’s former human protagonist into trouble. Among other things, the series will be the focus of an Isekai museum along with other peers of this subgenre.
