On the official page for the original anime Aniplex Y. Studio VOLN, Back arrowa new promotional video of the project was released. The video shows that the series has dated its premiere in Japan on January 8, 2021 and for the new cast members:

  • Kunihiro Kawamoto as Burk Lean, the leader of the Essha village.
  • Tomokazu seki as Sola Athin, the Essha village doctor.
  • Queen Ueda as Annie, a girl from the village of Essha.
  • Sara Matsumoto like Jim, a boy from Essha village.
  • Maria Naganawa like Sam, a boy from the village of Essha.
  • Anna Nagase like Tom, a boy from the village of Essha.

In addition, the series has its confirmed duration for a total of two arcs, which indicates a continuous transmission of six months. The statement eventually also revealed a new promotional image for this project.

  • Toshiyuki Kanno is responsible for customizing the original designs from Shinobu ohtaka for animation and also serves as animation director.
  • Kouhei Tanaka is responsible for the composition of the soundtrack.

Back arrow synopsis

Ringarindo is a land surrounded by a wall. The wall covers, protects, cultivates and cares for this land. The wall is God … it is the foundation of this land of Ringarindo. One day a mysterious boy named Back Arrow appears in the town of Essha on the outskirts of Ringarindo. Arrow lost his memories, but only says that he knows, “I came from beyond the wall.” To restore his memories, Arrow goes over the wall, but gets into a fight with himself as it comes to the mission.
