On the official page for the original anime Crispy roll, Swimming for adults and studies Production IG, Kaizoku Oujo (Fena: pirate princess) a new promotional video has been released for the Japanese broadcast of the project, which will debut on October 2nd. The series premiered in Crispy roll since last August 14 worldwide (except Japan) in advance and is confirmed with a total of twelve episodes. The series is part of the catalog “Crunchyroll originals“.

Summary of Kaizoku Oujo
Ten years ago, a tragic shipwreck separated Fena Houtman from her childhood friend Yukimaru and ended her father’s life. Trapped on an island, the 23-year-old is doomed to spend the rest of her life selling herself to men. The night she is about to be forcibly married to a client, Fena forges a plan to escape her employers, but two old acquaintances unexpectedly intervene and help her escape. The three rush out to sea and land on Goblin Island, a mysterious place that a clan of savage warriors calls home.
There Fena learns that her father’s unfortunate last sea voyage was looking for a place called “Eden”, the place of something important that she had to protect. With nothing but clear crystal as a clue, Fena has to find this place as she is the only person who can. While thinking about finding what her father left behind, Fena meets Yukimaru, who encourages her to conduct the search. As the captain of a crew of seven, Fena must now sail on the high seas in search of Eden. But when strange groups begin to target them, the dangerous journey turns out to be even more difficult than it seemed.
