ONE-PIECE: RED is currently slated for a theatrical release in Japan on August 6, but it has not yet been announced whether or not the recent hacking of Toei Animation has impacted its theatrical release.
Recent updates seem to indicate that’s not the case (unlike Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, which was postponed). Unfortunately, there is no information about the international release plans yet.
