The famous artist Skottie Young, who was honored with the Inkwell Awards in 2013 for his work on several Marvel series, recently became a father and decided to do so on the occasion open a new series on his Instagram profile. The son is indeed a great lover of anime and manga, and the artist regularly publishes sketches inspired by his favorite works.

Below you can take a look at the designer's latest sketch, a unique black and white sketch of straw hat, Protagonist of ONE PIECE. ""My son's last choice was Luffy!"wrote the artist on his Instagram profile, and as you can see, both the sketch and an interesting behind-the-scenes look are available.The author had already inspired us with Inosouke Hashibira's sketches (Demon Slayer), Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto) and Izuku Midoriya (My Hero Academia). If you are unfamiliar with Skottie Young, remember that the artist was born in Fairbury, Illinois in 1978 and is best known as a writer, cartoonist, and children's book illustrator. Works for which he is best known include the series Marvel Rocket Raccoon and Giant Size: Little Marvel, the covers of the Little Marvel variant, and the comic book adaptation of The Wonderful World of Oz. Bestseller in the New York Times Charts e Awarded two Eisner Awards.
