After a year of waiting, Marvel Comics has finally released new information on Non-Stop Spider-Man, the new comic series that was announced in February 2020 and postponed several times due to Covid-19. Joe Kelly, the author of the work, returned to speak about the comic using comic microphones and revealed it The first issue will appear on March 3, 2021.
""The pandemic slowed us down"said the author,"We were ready to announce the start date and then what happened happened. Also, there was the problem with Diamond Comics at that time so we didn't know how to act and Chris took Covid (Ed. Chris Bachalo, cartoonist). In the end, we preferred to be calm".
Next, Joe Kelly spoke about the idea behind the comic and the works that inspired him: "When Nick Loeb contacted me and offered me the job, We immediately imagined an action-packed comicwhere every band looks like a Hollywood blockbuster. Of course, an underlying storyline is needed, so we've worked a lot on Peter's character cast and relationships, but that's the exception, not the rule. If I had to compare it to anything else I would say the best James Bond with less chatter and no erotic scenes. In some ways I would say John Wick as well. In the first film, it all starts after criminals kill the protagonist's dog, and similar to our comic, something "very small" is causing the chaos to explode. A small incident that really touches Pete and pulls him into a great spiral full of revelations".
