Through the social networks of the crowfunding project to animate the visual novel World End Economica, a new promotional video for the series was revealed that does not yet have an announced release date. This project is being developed by the indie group Spicy tails and written by Spyce and Wolf author Isuna Hasekura. The visual novel to be adapted was released in three episodes for Windows in August 2011, 2012 and 2013, respectively.
Synopsis of World End Economica
The story unfolds in the distant future, sixteen years after humanity colonized the Moon. After the Earth perished sustainably due to pollution and poverty, the Moon became an economic paradise, where anyone can become rich. In this environment, only the most seasoned can prosper.
The story centers on the boy Yoshiharu, who has a dream, for which he needs a lot of money. For this, he runs away from home and begins to participate in the stock market to obtain money, proving to be very competent in this.
While fleeing from the authorities, he is saved by Lisa, and he meets another girl saved by her, Hagana; who is a cold, abrasive girl, with terrible social skills and interested only in mathematics. What can this trio do in the field of finance?
