For the uninitiated, today is Pokémon Day, an event celebrating the franchise’s birthday by announcing the latest news about the brand. One of them could not be missing new original anime series in collaboration with Netflix.
The real novelty, however, is characterized by the technology Midget Studio will make the tv series or in stop motion. The plot focuses on the story of Haru, a concierge who will go on adventures with the resort’s little monsters.
Minyoung KimVP of Netflix Content Asia, commented on the announcement: “Netflix is excited to entertain fans in Japan and around the world with The Pokémon Concierge, an all-new stop-motion visual experience set in the world of Pokémon in close collaboration with The Pokemon Company emerged.
