Today is the home video edition of My hero Academia Heroes Rising has reached the Japanese market. As you can imagine, it contains some special content that enriches the original experience, including a small short film that takes place after the film ends.
This unpublished short film, more precisely known as “Picture Drama”tells a short 9-minute adventure that focuses on Midoriya, Bakugo, Maholo and Katsuma – the two children who were introduced on the occasion of the second film.
As the insider @aitaikimochi reports on Twitter, the story bears the title “My Hero Academia Heroes Rising: A Dream That Realizes”. The feature in question is, for the time being, the latest in filmography dedicated to Horikoshi’s work. Given that no announcement has yet been made and Studio Bones is currently working on season five production, the options for a new film are extremely scarce.
In particular, composer Yuki Hayashi updated the fans via a social media post. in which he announced the recording of the soundtrack for the next season. So far it is difficult to say what the production status of the next episodes will be.
