Chapter 277 of My Hero Academia was expecting a memorable clash between two giants, and today, a few days after the release of the new edition, we can finally summarize and express the true power of Gigantomachy. Tomura Shigaraki’s trailer seems unbeatable, but is it really so?
On the last pages of Chapter 277, fans watched the desperate attempt Mt. Ladywho tried to block the giant’s path after using his quirk. Many wondered how the fight would end and Chapter 278 needed very little to clarify the situation.
Gigantomachia is literally a machine, and not even the extraordinary strength of the heroin was enough to cause a bad guy problem. Machia not only got rid of the enemy easily, but during his advance he paid no attention to the other Pro Heroes and came together to brake him. Fortunately, the giant didn’t have a problem eliminating the heroes, since his only interest is to be reunited with Tomura Shigaraki.
Unlike heroes or villains, Gigantomachy Quirk does not activate on command as before genetically modified to maintain this shapeand consequently it is impossible to catch it looking down. As if that weren’t enough, four members of the Union of Rogues (Dabi, Toga, Spinner, and Mr. Compress) sit on the giant’s shoulders and are ready to eliminate anyone who tries to get closer.
In this situation, it is apparently impossible to take down the giantbecause there doesn’t seem to be a hero capable of dealing with brute force. Momo Yaoyorozu, however, seems to have a finished planand in the next chapter of My Hero Academia we will see the result of his efforts.
And what do you think about it? Who could beat Machia? Let us know by leaving a comment in the box below!
