Since welcoming the Quirk All For One into his body, Tomura Shigaraki has become a puppet in his master's hands. Slowly, the young villain at the head of the Union lost consciousness that he had left his body in the hands of the symbol of fear. In My Hero Academy 377 however, he returns to himself.

Tomura Shigaraki is no longer in him. His will has given way to the much more determined and powerful All For One, hiding in the Macke's legacy. During the second war with the heroes, Tomura only appeared for brief flashessuch as when he was hit by Lemillion's secret move in My Hero Academia 366. But something has changed.

With the return of Kurogiri and the invasion of the Twice, Eraserhead and Monoma looked away from the villain. Finally, in My Hero Academia 377, Shigaraki breaks free from his chains and is reborn from his own body by molting. Tomura never stopped fighting to return the owner of his own body and, aided by Izuku Midoriya's punches, he managed to send All For One back to the world of the Quirks.

The situation can only be temporary. All For One has managed to escape the fight with Endeavor and Hawks and makes its way to the UA's Flying Fortress get my hands on her new young body. There is therefore very little time before the situation changes again, and Shigaraki may be forced to work with Deku to stop his master.
